But rather than staying in by a roaring fire, we find that the temptation when the snow starts falling is to go and find a big empty car park. Of course if you live in Norway then there are winter-long playgrounds far better than any car park…

In this beautifully shot short film called Scandinavian Flickfest, Fredrik Sørlie puts on a simply masterful display of driving on the slippery white stuff. He is piloting his now famous Underground Garage Cressida JZX30 at some ridiculous angles between the trees and making it look blissfully easy. Sitting alongside him, reading the notes is professional co-driver, Caroline Eng.
