Porsche at Goodwood

Porsche celebrates its racing heritage at this year’s FoS on the 40th anniversary of the Porsche 917

Borrowed from the new Porsche Museum in Stuttgart will be a huge array of 917’s to help celebrate four decades since the successful racer’s creation. Present will be the 1970 Le Mans winner and a pink coloured 917/20 nicknamed the ‘Pink Pig’.

There will also be two UK Porsche debuts at the festival. The latest 911 GT3 will be taking part in the Sunday Times supercar run and there will be a public unveiling of the Porsche Panamera Gran Turismo.

Porsche also have on hand driving consultants from the Porsche Experience Centre who will be demonstrating the performance and handling of the Cayenne on a specially designed course.
