New Renault Sport Performance parts unveiled

Currently available for the Clio IV Renault Sport, the new line of accessories allows drivers to hone their car’s on-track prowess

With Renault’s strong links to racing and apparent ability to understand its customer base, the marque has unveiled a new range of motorsport-inspired accessories. It allows drivers to get the very most out of their cars on track, making them stand out from the crowd whilst also maintaining their machines once finished for the day. R.S. Performance Project Manager, Guillaume Calvar said: “R.S. Performance is a product offering that bridges the gap between sports and racing cars.”

The offerings come in the form of style and performance parts and although only initially available on the Clio IV Renault Sport, they should eventually become available on all R.S. models. Inspired by the Clio R.S.16 concept car, style parts allow you to add a wider, €2000 body kit to your machine, although sadly, its limited to just 250 units, so you better get your order in quick.

Also on offer is a rather nice carbonfibre bonnet (although at the hefty price of €1800), Turini wheels, carbon bucket seats, uprated brakes, stiffer suspension, a new intercooler, exhaust system and more, all to help drivers hone their car’s on-track prowess.

It doesn’t stop there though. The French marque has teamed up with leading motorsport equipment manufacturers to create a high-end range of workshop products, ranging from a tool trolley and garage jack to a (limited-edition) spray gun.

Patrice Ratti, Managing Director Renault Sport Cars said: "...whether they’re competing in the single-make races that have picked up where the legendary Gordini Cups left off, or enjoying some sports driving on a Renault Sport Track Day. We are now expanding that environment to allow them to live their passion even more intensely, both in their everyday driving and on the track.”

R.S. Performance parts are available exclusively at the Renault Sport online store, with workshop accessories also available on the website and via the Renault dealership network.
