Overfinch Range Rover Sport specs, prices and pictures

Overfinch has revealed its latest model, based on the current Range Rover Sport V8, which sees power increased to 552bhp. Details and pictures here.

Land Rover modifier Overfinch has unveiled its latest version of the new Range Rover Sport. Featuring both visual and mechanical upgrades, the aftermarket SUV is being pitched as an ultra exclusive option, limited to just 100 units per annum and with no two cars having the same spec.

Based on the 5-litre supercharged V8 Sport, the Overfinch has an upgraded supercharger and recalibrated engine mapping to increase power by 42bhp. The exhaust has also been replaced with a stainless steel Overfinch system, featuring an acoustic pipe and electronic valves that can enhance the snarl of the 552bhp V8.

Overfinch has gone one step further by also offering a ‘Track Mode,’ selectable via the Bluetooth aluminium key fob to sharpen the responses of the fast SUV. Combined with the fettled with engine, the Overfinch Range Rover Sport’s 0-60 time will likely hover somewhere just above 4.0secs.

The Overfinch is a little lighter than the standard Range Rover V8 however, because the modifier has chosen to use carbonfibre for much of the new bodywork. Subtle additions such as new front intakes and a rear diffuser, are joined by an aggressive front splitter and angled 21, 22 or 23-inch lightweight forged alloy wheels.

Inside, a choice of carbonfibre or wood trim is offered, whilst Bridge or Weir leather can be chosen in a variety of colours for the upholstery. Contrasting stitching, piping and seat colour combos can all be customised depending on preference.

Orders for the Overfinch Range Rover Sport are being taken now, the car’s base price being £87,995. Though that’s £6420 more than the standard V8 Range Rover Sport, with just 100 cars per annum being produced, it does at least offer a whole other level of exclusivity.
