VW Tiguan Bluemotion

Germany's greenest SUV spotted winter testing

You might think this is just a standard Volkswaqen Tiguan, but you’d be mistaken: The car photographed in Sweden earlier today actually has a facelifted interior, with a new climate control and instrument panel. Different from what’s seen here, however, it will also get a new steering wheel like the Golf VI, the Golf Plus, Passat CC and the brand-new Polo. More important might be what’s hidden under the bonnet: This Bluemotion model will most likely hold the new 1.6-litre CR TDI engine with 105 hp, like the Skoda Octavia Greenline that was just presented at the Geneva Show.
