What Next For The K-Series?
MG Rover's Powertrain division supplied the K-series engines to several outside customers, including Lotus, Caterham and Land Rover. The company's collapse has put supply in question, especially as it seems that the Chinese company, Shanghai Automotive, now owns the design rights to the engines but not the line on which they're built.
