evo car of the future

Think you know what the future holds for performance cars? evo needs your help!

evo car of the future

evo is looking to the future of the performance car with a major project that’s being run in conjunction with the Royal Academy of Art, and sponsored by Bridgestone tyres. And we need your help.

We want evo’s readers and users to help us create a brief for what we think the performance car of the future will look like. This will then be presented to students on the prestigious Car Design course at the Royal Academy of Art in London – which has taught more senior designers than anywhere else in the world.

The students will then work up sketches and proposals based on the ideas that they’ve received – from the deeply futuristic to the almost-real – and these will be published on line. Then you’ll be able to vote for your favourite, with the winners being published in a future issue of evo’s magazine and digital edition.

So tell us what you want the performance car of the future look, sound and feel like. If your ideas are good enough you’ll get the chance to see them turned into (virtual) reality, and maybe even help to discover another car design superstar.

You can get involved through the evo community and our social media channels. Try to keep your ideas short and sweet. And remember, there’s a set of Bridgestone tyres up for grabs, to be won by the person we reckon made the biggest contribution!
