Ginetta G-Fest 2023 Prize Draw Terms and Conditions

Closing date: 25th May 2023

On entry to the evo and Ginetta G-Fest competition, you will automatically be entered into a prize draw to win the prize stated below:

  • A pair of Ginetta Hospitality tickets, which includes hot food served with unlimited hot and cold drinks (worth £176 total) for Saturday 3rd June 2023. 

No correspondence will be entered into and the winners  will be notified via email by Nicole Creasey, Publishing Executive, Autovia.

  • The promoter of the competition is Autovia Limited (Registered company number 13018565, registered address, 48 Charlotte Street, London, W1T 2NS).
  • The provider of the competition is Ginetta Cars Ltd (Registered company number  02744760, registered address Helios 47, Isabella Road, Garforth Leeds, West Yorkshire, LS25 2DY)
  • If the prize(s) is not available, Ginetta Cars Ltd reserves the right to supply an alternative prize of the same value or greater.
  • The competition is open to anyone aged 18 or over, UK entrants only
  • The competition is not open to employees of Autovia or participating companies.
  • No cash alternative will be offered.
  • Any dated prizes cannot be transferred or altered for any other date. 
  • The prize is limited to the tickets to events, and no travel, subsistence or other expenses will be paid by the promoter or provider of the competition prizes. 
  • The prizes described are available at the date of publication.
  • Winner(s) will be contacted on the 26th May 2023. 
  • The winners will need to reply to acknowledge receipt and acceptance of the prize within 2 days of the email being sent. If a reply is not received within 2 days another winner will be picked at random. This will be repeated as necessary. 
  • Events may occur that render the promotion or the awarding of the prizes impossible due to reasons beyond Autovia’s control, which may at its discretion vary or amend the promotion and the reader agrees that no liability shall be attached to Autovia as a result thereof.
  • Names of winners will be available on receipt of a request enclosing a stamped self-addressed envelope to: Publishing Executive, Nicole Creasey – Autovia Ltd, 48 Charlotte Street, London, W1T 2NS.
  • The promoter's decision is final and it is a condition of entry to any competition that the entrant agrees to be bound by these rules whether they be published or not, and that the decisions of the promoter on any matter whatsoever arising out of or connected with the competition are final.
  • Once the prize has been accepted by the winner, the prize provision is the sole responsibility of “the provider” -Ginetta Cars Ltd. Autovia accepts no responsibility for inaccuracy of any prize description.
