New accessory packs available for McLaren Sports series

New retrofit options packs allow owners to add extra carbon fibre plus interior upgrades to their McLaren supercars

McLaren has launched a set of upgrades for its Sports Series models – the 540C, the 570S and the 570GT. The new parts, designed by McLaren Special Operations (MSO), can be retrofitted to any of these models at a McLaren dealer, and allow owners to further customise and protect their precious motors.

Those after a more racy look will no doubt be interested in the extended carbon fibre customisation packs. Customers can choose from side intakes, mirror casings, side skirts, aero blades, front and rear splitters, rear bumper, wing, and deck cover all in carbon fibre – providing a new lease of life to their car. As an extra bonus the parts are lighter than the standard-fit pieces they replace, helping to cut weight. All are available to be specced individually, though they can also be bought together in three carbon-fibre packs.

In addition to the carbon fibre packs, McLaren is offering a new variety of alloy wheels in stealth black, silver, and diamond-cut finishes, while anyone worrying about their front splitter can spec a front skid plate to protect it from particularly aggressive speed humps.

On the inside, carbon fibre nuts can still get their fix – with carbon fibre switch packs, speak surrounds, door sill finishers, steering wheel and side tunnels all available to spec. New floor mats, luggage covers and vehicle covers protect the car from dirt, while the interior can be modified with coloured seat belts.

Any of these options can be retrofitted to existing cars or specced on factory orders.
