Lamborghini Aventador LP700-4

A big Lambo is almost always the guv’nor of supercars and the Aventador isn’t going to let anything to change that, rocking a brand new V12 engine allied to an equally new paddle shift gearbox that bucks the double clutch trend but boasts shifts of gut punching violence nonetheless. There’s an ongoing concern that Lamborghinis are going to get ‘Audified’ by the company’s German masters but the Aventador’s madly faceted, attention grabbing styling shows that whoever’s in charge clearly understands what is required from their V12 flagship. And what is required is something that looks like it could transform into a furious, laser firing mechanical wasp at any moment.
