Wolf Ford Focus RS

Another tuned Ford Focus RS hot hatch. This time it's the 355bhp Wolf RS

You’ll be getting bored of them before long. Another tuned Ford Focus RS has been revealed, and once again it’s from a German modification company.

Wolf Racing is responsible for this latest effort, with some handy Wolf graphics to make sure you stand out from the multitude of other tweaked Focus RSs out there.

It lifts the already potent standard car’s 2.5-litre turbo engine up to 355bhp and 412lb ft (from 300bhp and 324lb ft) thanks to tuned engine and turbocharger management. The power tweaks will set you back 1299 euros (around £1175), a bit more than the £435, 340bhp chip that UK-based tuner GGR will offer you.

Wolf Racing offers further options, though, with a race-ready multi-disc differential lock (2500 euros/£2250) to try and rein in all that extra torque and ensure the Focus remains driveable.

New coilover suspension (1299 euros/£1175) offers benefits more suited to the road, giving the option to adjust the car’s ride height to help drop the centre of gravity. Alternatively, 219 euros will see the Wolf RS dropped by a fixed 30mm.

Of course, there’s a few noticeable design tweaks, too. They come in the shape of those exterior graphics and the choice four different alloys. The 20in wheels are pictured, but 18in and 19in versions can be specified.
