690bhp Manhart Racing tuned BMW M6

Mannhart Racing has announced a 690bhp tuning package for the new BMW M6.

BMW tuning specialists Manhart Racing has released a tuning package for the 2013 BMW M6, which includes suspension, styling and performance tweeks. The stage 4 power upgrade sees power increased to a supercar-troubling 690bhp.

Manhart offers a total of four different engine-tuning options, with each one pushing the standard 552bhp 4.4-litre twin-turbo V8 a little bit harder. The ECU is tweaked, along with the fitment of free-flowing exhaust and intake components, to release ‘more than’ 690bhp and 690 lb ft.

There are two suspension upgrades available. The first simply gives a slight drop in ride height – retaining all of the standard electronic damper controls. The second replaces the whole setup with coilover suspension.

The MH6 S Biturbo (pictured) is the full package that will be available later in the year, which also gets the external carbon fibre kit and forged 21-inch wheels.
