Alpine A110 Legende GT revealed – new edition limited to 300 units

A110 Legende GT combines the more potent A110S powertrain with the Legende’s bespoke details

Alpine has previewed its next limited edition A110, introducing a new Legende GT limited edition that combines the A110S’s more potent powertrain with the sumptuous details of the Legende, with a few extra bespoke elements added in for good measure. The new special edition will be limited to 300 units across Europe, with allocations now being taken via the Alpine Cars phone app.

Building on the technical package of the A110S, the Legende GT features the 288bhp version of the standard car’s 1.8-litre turbocharged four-cylinder engine and dual-clutch transmission. The engine powers the rear wheels in a compact aluminium chassis that tips the scales at just 1134kg, and comes standard with the upgraded brake package, a sports exhaust and a set of ‘comfort’ specification Sabelt bucket seats.

> The Alpine Ravage is a one-off rally-inspired A110

Unique to the Legende GT is a diamond-cut finish on a bespoke set of 18-inch wheels, clear lenses on the rear lights, and a dusty gold finish to the badges and brake calipers that contrast against two available colour and trim combinations.

The first Abyss blue and saddle brown interior combination is shared with the previous Legende, but bespoke to the GT is a matt-finish Mercury silver and black combination that’s also distinctive from the A110’s Atelier program.

Inside, the specification has also been lifted, with the high-spec stereo and a soft-touch suede roof lining, contrasted with gloss carbon trim elements.

UK pricing will start at £61,665, with the Mercury silver finish costing an extra £2000. This represents a £3440 rise over the standard A110S’s £58,225 price point. This new special edition comes after Renault Sport’s official rebranding to Alpine, the starting point of its transformation into a high-performance electrified sub-brand which will see the A110 continue alongside a new electric sports model currently in development.
